    Whenever it comes time to buy a new car I usually start to cringe at the thought because of
    the past experiences I have gone through with other dealerships.

    That all changed when I came to the Rydell Van Nuys store and I met Fred Alvarado.
    Fred was first a gentleman, then a sales person,  My 15 year old daughter and I were very impressed by the way Fred knew everything about the 04 Avalanche I was test driving. I have not experienced that dedication in a car sales person before.
