We have been in business for over 50 years and 10 years in the San Fernando Valley.  Rydell Auto Group has been fairly successful and one of the big reasons for our success is we listen to our customers.  In listening to our customers we found that a majority of people find the negotiation process distasteful, so Wes Rydell decided to do a couple of things......First he decided to give every customer our very BEST PRICE right up front. every day... He also decided to take all the salespeople off of a commission based pay plan and put us on a compensation plan that is based on volume.  The reason we tell you this is the benefit to you is that we get paid the same whether you buy a $2000 car or a $50,000 car.  Our job then is to find the vehicle that best suits your wants and needs and help you get it bought at the best possible price, not try to sell you something that we want to sell you....
